Both. Handyman work is how a lot of Fort Collins houses get ready to sell, or clear the inspection items after they go under contract. The same crew handles complete and partial kitchen and bath remodels, with full design services when the job needs them.

HIE grew from a sole-proprietor handyman business into design-build remodeling and custom homes. In 2018 it was re-launched around the work homeowners kept calling about: handyman service and smaller remodels.

The rate card
You see the hourly rate before anyone picks up a tool.
We do not mark up the materials that we purchase. The labor rate covers the time it takes to buy them and bring them to your house. Subcontracted items like countertops, cabinets and glass are the ones that carry a markup.
